Valentines Door

I can't really tell you why, but Valentine's Day is my favorite holiday to celebrate with my students.  Maybe it is because on Halloween my students run around like they are on crack and I spend then entire month of November recovering ;).  December is a magical time, but I must admit I am counting down the days til Christmas shopping and seeing my niece and nephews.

Quite Possibly, I love Valentine's Day because I am obsessed with the color pink and it is doused about everywhere on the day of love.  Oh heck, maybe it is the one day a year where my students are supposed to all love each other and by-golly they usually do:).  Needless to say, here is my Valentine's Day froggy door.

Hope your Valentine's Day was filled with love, or at least some dang good chocolate!

Batfrog Door

Of all the superheros, Batman is by far my favorite.  When I was a little girl, Saturday mornings were filled with the sounds of the old Batman series, "POW", "BAM", "KAPOW"....."CRASH".  Nothing was better than sitting down in front of the t.v. to watch Batman, with a bowl of sugar cereal in hand (yes, I know this whole thing dates me, I am old).

I found this awesome set of old batman words on a blog.

My school still allows us to celebrate holidays, and while it does, I am going to live it up ;).  In honor of my girlhood love of Batman, I present, Batfrog!  Nerdy, I know.

Here's to all the superheros in the world!
